Hi .... I plan to apply for HSMP work-permit within a month's time .... i am just starting ... My situation is thus : My family name is not mentioned in any of the supporting documents that I am going to give. Actually, my family name is not present in any of my documents ( including birth certificate ) till date .... So, I GUESS I SHOULD MENTION MY SURNAME AS MY FAMILY NAME IN THE APPLICATION. BUT WHAT IF THERE IS ANY ENQUIRY AT MY HOME ? WILL THERE BY ANY ?

any help will be highly appreciated.
