guys... i was just beginning to write the letter describing my roles and responsibilities .... how do i start the letter... should it be addressed to the caseworker or what ??

any such sample letter shall be of great help ...

Hi,

I think it is not necessary for the letter to be addressed to the caseworker. IMHO, a general "To whomsoever it may concern" should suffice.

Please refer to the following sticky post which provides excellent tips for the experience letter. I too have referred to it for my application and feel that it is quite helpful.
