Urgent advice needed for tier 1(general) dependant visa

Hi, I have applied PBS tier 1 (general) dependant on 29th of July. I still didn't recieve acknowledgement letter from home office. Fee has been debited on 4th of August.

Regarding this I contact to home office several times and came to know that one email was sent to me on 5th of August. Although I didn't recieve any email. I was just asked to keep wait for up to 6 weeks for the acknowledgement letter.

Could anyone advise me regarding this matter?
