All,
Can someone please help me with few doubts I have about my soon to be TIER 1 G Extension?
I had a court hearing against me in 2008 which I was never aware of (due to house move etc) because of non payment of Road Tax form my car. I few months ago received a bailiff notice and I acted appropriately. Went to court, declared in front of magistrate's court that I wasnt aware of this (Statutory Declaration). Wrote to DVLA who offered OCS (Outside Court Settlement) which I paid the same day. I have written confirmation from DVLA that no further court action will be taken.
Will above class as CRIMINAL CONVICTION OR COURT RULING AGAINST ME?
Also, I had 3 fixed penalty points & £60 fine, for pulling over in emergency on central reservation. IS THIS CRIMINAL CONVICTION OR ANY OTHER CONVICTION THAT NEEDS MENTIONING at the time of extension application?
Also, I applied for HSMP in early 2008, got it approved in October 2008, applied for visa in March 09 and passport was stamped with T1 G Visa for 3 years. At the time of extension which points criteria should I use?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
