put different card details for main applcant and dependant

Hi,
Could some one please advice me.
I have submitted my application for Tier 1 extension well before my current leave expires. they confirm the receipt of it.
i got the letter from them 3 days after my current leaves expires saying that they tried to take the money out from the account and they couldn't able to do it.


For the main application i have put my debit account details and for the dependants (3 nos) my credit acc detail (MAIN APP 1000 + 1500 FROM CREDIT CARD ).
And during the whole period & till today i have the sufficient funds. but they only tried to take the money out from my one account (debit) and didn't bother to look what payment details i have put for my dependants application. Now they are saying that my application is not validate as they cannot take the money out. BUT NO WHERE ON THE FORMS OR GUIDELINES THEY ARE SAYING that you should put one card detail.
WHAT I HAVE TO DO NEXT. can i appeal based on y main application and
what will be my status now at present and within how many days i have to re-apply and what should i put as my current status when they ask in the form.
i have also checked from my bank that they tried to take the money out on 18th aug from the debit account the full 2500 instead of 1000 but not from the credit card AT ALL(i have submitted the app on 16thaug) they sent me a letter on 13 sep.
SO THEY WAITED FOR FULL 24 DAYS FOR NOTHING

One cannot "extend" Tier 1 (PSW) leave.

What is your current immigration status?

sorry i wasnt very clear my case is related to Tier 1 (generale) category not PSW one
