Tier 1 extension - Driving offence- Urgent

Hi everyone I am new to this forum. I am applying for Tier 1 Extension next month. I got my driving license only last month and I went on the no entry road and the police stopped me and recorded the details. The police gave me warning and they haven't charged me any fine or points on my license. The police officer said it is just a warning.

1. Do I need to mention in my application though I haven't got any points or fine.

2. Will they reject my Tier 1 application because of this if I mention?

Please help me out
You haven't been used any fine or infringement therefore it cannot attribute to a criminal record. You shouldn't have to declare this
