Tier 1 G. Ext. Earning Question.

Hi,
My application of Tier 1 G was submitted on 13 July 2010. Got
Visa from 27 July 2010 till 26 July 2012.
entered in UK on 24 Oct.2010. could not find job, went back and continue job in UAE. again come back with family in June 2011. set- up a LLC company as Director, and started receiving my dividend in Sep 11.
Till Sep2011 I was also getting my overseas salary. Can I use my overseas salary for earning as follows (required to show 55K):
CAN I APPLY 2 MONTHS BEFORE THE EXPIRY TO USE MY UAE SALARY?
CAN USE THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OUT OF 15 MONTHS?
DO I NEED TO PAY ANY TAX ON MY DIVIDEND AS WELL (CO WILL NOT COMPLETE ONE YEAR TILL THE TIME OF EXTENSION?

tax on profit of ltd company r paid within 9 months of closing a/cs for a particualr accouting year

Thank you very much for your reply, is it sure I cannot apply for extension before two month or at least 45 days. ? to avoid any circumstances. in case if I need to apply again I could have valid visa in that case?
and anybody can give me advice on the following as well.
