If you are inside the UK, Is it necessary to submit your passport with the
FLR form?

Someone told me HSMP form will be send to doncaster address and FLR form is to be submitted to some other address. Are these forms to be submitted simultaneously or FLR form is to be submitted laters?

Please clarify..
