Tier 1 General extension payment type

Hi Friends,

I am doing IT contracting and have my own limited company.I am transferring money from my business account to personal account through Bill Payment as Dividend.

Am i doing correct payment or i have to follow any other payment type(like chaps etc..).
Is it cause any issue to Tier1 extension ?

I have to take any other precautions?
