Applying for Extension - How to get P45 or P60 ?

Hi,
I will be applying for HSMP extension shortly. I am working in a company, & I talked to the accounts. But they say you get a P45 or P60 only at Financial year end.

Should I apply without it ?

You can apply without these documents. You should have a P60 if you were working before 5th April 2006 in the company. You get a P45 if you have changed employement.

You need to prove financial activiity during the year. For this bank statement and pay slips should be enough.
