Moving house and tier 1 extension

Post by cpq.hims » Sat Feb 11, 2012 9:27 am

Hey Guys, was wondering if someone can guide me..

I will be applying in May first week for extension however the flat i m renting right now i have to vacate as my landlord has decided to sell it.

Is moving your house can be a problem if i have got all payslip and 12 months bank statements? can you please advise?

Why should it be a problem? In the application form you will have to give details of all the addresses you lived in during the two years before the application, and there's space for more than one address. I think it's quite common, and nothing to worry about.

The only thing I would keep in mind at the moment is that moving to a new place might come with high expenses such as a deposit, etc., so just make sure you always have at least £800 in your savings, which you will need for the maintenance proof.

it is not recommended to move home whilst you are waiting for a decision on an extension - maybe that's what you were thinking of?
