online appointment for premium service >90 days before?

Hi,
I would like apply Tier 1 General visa extension
Can we take online appointment for premium service(same day processing) more than 90 days before?

When I tried, I could not select the date after 90 days from the calendar icon though we can enter manually.

You can see the window to select dates for 90 days but you can only book appointment for the 42nd day from today...do not select any date and just select the place where you want to apply and then hit submit at 00:00hrs and select the appointment and fill in ur details within 15 secs or u will loose the appointment slot..BE QUICK..
