Hi,

I understand that the HO has a reference number issued when you apply for HSMP and they can track ur applications the next time.

I earned 40 points(15 for Degree & 25 for Graduate level work) in my first application and failed for the 'past earnings' which HO said they calculated my earnings to be 28K instead of the claimed 40K.

If I send the same documents with my second application for the points I have already gained would it be ok ? I just want to make sure that I get the 40 points.

yes, HO has your reference.

As I know this would be treated as new application and it may be assigned to different caseworker.

so all points would be accesed again irrespective of previous points.

If you explain in detail about your documents , people here can comment on this.
