Acknowledgement letter

Hi Guys

I have applied for my tier1 visa extension on may 2nd 2012 & my visa expiry date is 08th may 2012.

I did not receive a acknowledgement letter till date.

When i sent my visa application i was having my bank statements till april 5th 2012 only.

HSBC sends me the statement every 5th of the month so they sent me the latest statements on 5th may & i received them on 8th may.

Now i want to send my latest up2date bank statements to them but i cant do that as i did not get a acknowledgement letter from them yet & i dont have a reference number.

Can i call UKBA on this number(0870 606 7766) and ask them for a reference number for my application.

Is there any other number i can call UKBA to get my application reference number.

why do you want to send them the latest bank statement ?

Hi

I want to send them my latest bank statement bcoz i need to show them that i have the required maintenance funds in my account till the date i applied for my extension.

when i sent my application i was having the bank statements till april 05 2012 only.

Now i want to send them latest one.

You are allowed to send a bank statement that was issued within the last 30 days. You don't need to send the most recent statement again.

Ok Cool Then will wait for the acknowledgement letter.

Looks like it is going to take some time for me to get a letter from UKBA.

Did any body applied for a extension around May 2nd 2012 & got a letter from UKBA??

Looks like i am not alone.Application made 40 days back also did not get a letter from UKBA...

Lets see how it go's.
