Tier 1 (General) dependant - "travel by" date?

Tier 1 (General) dependant - "travel by" date?

Hi,
I know people who get spouse visas sponsored by their British spouse have to travel by a certain date.. is there any such restriction for Tier 1 (General) dependants? Do they have to travel within 28 days of the visa being issued or can they travel whenever they want?

whenever they want before the expiry of visa.
