TIER-1 Extension - for Own Limited Company owner (Director)

Hi,
one of my friend, running own limited company, applied Premium - Same day application. The case worker not accepting the application and mentioned, the premium service only for non- limited company owners and suggested to go for Postal application. Also they mentioned, they need to look the company history and HMRC check.
I am not able to find more such type of cases from google. Can anyone please help me.

Do we need to go with any other different application form

note: he kept all required documents, proof, everything pefectly.

That's interesting. I don't think that's stated in the Guidance. Do you know what they're checking for or if any additional documentation is required?

Sorry for the late reply, the company started with in one year and they mentioned, they couldn't find the company details and come through postal way!

He approached with,
1) Incorp. Certificate
2) VAT Reg. Certificate
3) Dividend certificate
4) Letter from ACCA - accountant
5) Profit & Loss - statement
6) Business Bank Statement

Anything else do we need to bring in such case?
