Endorsements & penalty points affects Tier 1 (General) A

Post by Sarva81 » Sat Nov 03, 2012 11:27 pm

Hi,

I'm about to submit Tier 1 Extn in Dec end, i'm submitting my Dependent application along with my wife(she is the Primary Holder) application

I recently received 3 points on my Driving License & £60 fine (received letter from Court on fine to be paid) for Exceeding Motorway Limit (SP50 )....I paid the fine on time and counterpart document is endorsed

I'm bit worried as lot of immigration rules are tightened these days....Pls advise whether it would affect the Tier 1 extn....as i find a section on Tier 1 Dependent application.............
have you ever had any civil judgements issued against you or received a civil penalty under the UK Immigration Acts? (ht)

Could some one advise me on this....pls

Thanks
Sarva

TIER 1 EXTENSION AND COURT FINE

Post by ssidd » Thu Jan 10, 2013 12:01 pm

Hi,
Just need to double check that under the new rules which is already implemented on 13th december any one with endorsed license and court fine can apply for Tier 1 extension?
As in my case I got 6 Penalty points and 300 Pounds Fine from court in May 2012.

Would it be a problem under General Ground Of Refusal?

Please Guide me in this regard.

Regards
Sidd
