Tier 1 newborn in uk ...applying from outside uk

Hi what maintainance funds do I need to show for my new baby born in the uk but apply for the visa from outside uk? Is it £600 or 900 +600 +600? We are just applying for the newborn and not extending our visa...thanks for your reply
