help on 'Select Visa Type' in the online application form

Hi,

I was trying to book a visa appointment for my wife, who is planning to come to uk from India as my dependent(I am on Tier 1(General)). In the application form there is question about Select Visa Type. I am getting confused as to what option I should be selecting as the I dont find any option for PBS depedents. Can someone who has recently booked an appointment please help me out here?

Do i have to select work-> employment (non point based)-> dependent of current work permit holders?
