Query 2nd Tier 1 General Visa Extension.

Hi All,

As I am planning for my 2nd Tier 1 General Visa Extension, may I know for how long will I be granted further Leave to remain?

Initial Leave to remain: 11th Jan 2011 until 11th Jan 2013 (2 years)
1st Extension: 01st May 2012 until 01st May 2015(3 years)

(2 + 3 + ? )

I have been following some posts in different forums which are different, saying they have got extension for 2 years.

Leave to Remain (Extension) where previous grant of leave was as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the Rules in place before the 06 April 2010 For a period of 2 years

Leave to Remain in all other cases For a period of 3 years
