Salary slips signed by different HRs accross secondment.

Hi Friends,

I am on secondment to US starting from the month of April-07 onwards.

The salary slips prior to April-07 are signed & stamped by the HR in India whereas the salary slips after April-07 have been signed & stamped by the HR in US?

Would this cause any problem? Anyone having faced similar situation, please help me.

Write a covering note expalining the reason for the different signatures and attach it to the payslips

I am also in same situation but never wondered if this can be an issue. Victoria/Senior memebers, Could you please cast your experience related to such case.

Hasnt anyone been in two different country bands as a result of secondment to another country? If so could you please reply to my query.
