twes to wp to PR pls help

hi,
i came to uk on a twes,8 months later got my wp and now want to apply for my PR soon, i know some cases twes period is accepted in the 3yrs 11months and in some cases it is not can any one give me more details on how this works and what r my chances to get my PR , and also what does it involve as it is not a straight forward application
