Dependant Visa application

Post by krishna1215 » Wed Jan 06, 2010 11:48 pm

Hi,
I have got my Tier 1 approved 2 months back and its valid from Jan 1st 2010.

I have to apply for my wife and child within next 2 months.

Should I submit the payslips again or just maintainence would do?

I have changed my job and if again they would calculate my earnings, I dont think I would be eligible as I am working for a lesser salary than before due to recession.

Please let me know. I applied for myself from ireland and also want to apply for my family within next 2 months.

Thanks in advance.

Dependent

Post by krishna1215 » Thu Jan 07, 2010 9:47 am

Hi Mvent..
How are you doing? Thanks for the reply.

Could you please let me know what all things have to be submitted apart from maintaince funds . Can the link be provided.

MoreOver as you know, first I applied online and then took an appointment date. Should the same stuff be followed in dependents case too?

Thanks in advance Mvent.

Please see this link: http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply ... t#20836419. So visa page photocopy from your passport, marriage certificate for your wife´s application and birth certificate for your kid´s application, along with maintenance funds proofs, fresh photographs, passport, and required fee. I think that´s it. Good luck!!

Yes, it would be the same.

Maintainence funds

Post by krishna1215 » Thu Jan 07, 2010 11:33 am

Hi Mvent,
Thanks once agian. Regarding Maintainence funds, I am going to show that I have 2800 + 1600 (wife) + 1600 (child) = 6000 Pounds

I have deposited equivalent amount in Indian Bank on my Name. My wife name is not included. Is that OK if I show that I have sufficient balance on my Account Name?

Yes, that is fine.

Regarding the conversion from Indian Rupees to UK Pounds, on what day would the rate be considered in Oanada.com

1) Is it when we make the online application Or
2) Is it when my family submits their application personally at the dublin embassy.

Usually, it's for last day of your earning period.
