Premium service: Dress code and Forms binding/presentation

Hi all,

I have a Tier 1 appointment for me and 2 dependants tomorrow @Croydon. Is there any dress code or any thing about appearance that I should prepare? I.e. should I wear a suit or wear daily clothes?

Another questions is that how should I present the forms. They are 73 pages and 50 pages and quite thick. Should I bind them, staple them or put them in a plastic holder?
