Two Employers in last 12 months

Post by Rao_Bang » Fri May 28, 2010 9:36 am

Hi Gurus,

Please give me suggestion for this.

In last 12 months i worked for two companies.

June 1st to 31st oct 2009----------1st company
Nov 23rd to 31st May 2010---------2nd company.
Note: November salary came as arrears in December salary. Because of company change.
While taking the conversion rate which date I have to take?
31st May or 31st oct 2009 for 1st source and 31st may for 2nd source?

Regards
Rao

The exchange rate to be considered is the last date of your claiming period so it should be 31st May 2010.Also, it would be a good idea to mark the arrears in the december ban k statement and state it clearly in your cover letter. Hope this helps!!
