Tier 1 changes of 19 July

Hi,

Any one knows if Immigration authorities have unfolds the exact details for changes took place on 19 July.

Home office website is not showing the exact detail. They have increased points to 100 from 95 but it doesn't shows where the 5 points have been added.

I think they have increased the past earning band.

does any one have the clue
