Applying Dependent Visa from UK

Hi,
i'm working in UK on Tier2 ICT(sponsored) Visa for last 2.5 yrs.
After wedding my wife got Tier 1(General) Migrant Visa from India and she find Job and working here from March 2010

Is it possible for me to Apply for Dependent Visa from UK or should i Travel back to India to Apply Dependent VISA.

Pls help me and clarify
