Hi Gurus,

I have a peculiar situation, i am in London from Jul10, i want to apply dependent visa for my wife. I am on Tier 1General.

1. I have just started working and dnt have funds to show. But my wife holds a HSBC UK account and can show all the relevant funds (1600 for herself) and 800(for me) = total 2400 GBP.
Is it possible that she be allowed to show all the amount in her account.

2. We have Marriage certificate which says our correct names (which is on our passports) .. but my name has nt started using my surname.... will that be a problem?

A quick reply from experienced members(Gurus) of the forum will be helpful.
