Pls help-Urgent Query reg Previous Earning

Post by sriatkrish » Wed Nov 03, 2010 2:26 am

Hi All,

I have a query reg Previous Earning.
For previous Earnings, I am submitting PaySlips and Bank Statement.

Final settlement(for january month) in my previous company(which I am claiming for previous earnings), is paid in two payments(the second payment was after revision) to me on two different dates.

So for the month of January, my Payslip(signed and attested by employer) shows net as 95k , where as the payment to me is done on two different dates(after some revision in final settlement) and the bank statement shows two deposits(totalling to the Net shown in my January's payslip) as below:

Bank Statement:

Date:12 Feb 2010 descrip:Final settlement deposit:47000/-
Date:15 March 2010 descrip:Final Settlemnt deposit:48000/-

where as PaySlip shows:

Net:95000/-

the above bank's deposits i.e 47000+48000 =95000

Please let me know if explaining the same in my covering letter is satisfiable as description in the bank statement (descrip:Final settlement )is the same for both the deposits ,and sum of the above deposits is equal to the net shown in my January month's payslip.

Thanks,
Srimansi
