Signing of payslips by employer

Post by amvas » Wed Nov 03, 2010 10:06 am

Hi,
Reading through the various topics, I am amazed that people are able to get their payslips signed and stamped by their employer when they are switching from Tier 2 to Tier 1. I am sure that my employer (a leading Indian s/w company) will not be happy if I tell them that I want to switch to Tier 1.
My payslips has the name of the company on it. Is that not enough? I can get my UK assignment letter and increment/Bonus letters which are on the company's letterhead and mention my salary/bonuses. Will that be sufficient alongwith the bank statements of course?
Has anyone faced a similar constraint?
Cheers!

No. Reading the policy guidance will help.
