i have applied for LCMIT Diploma, lets see when they get back to me
i applied on 19/10/10 and should be sending me back somepoint end of this week.

its a college name, British institue of Technology and etc.

As per their website, NARIC does not do "attestation"of qualifications from UK institutions.

as per their verbal confirmation, they will do the comparison of PGDs & PGCs from UK listed bodies.

That's good for applicants applying on basis of UK qualifications then. Guess NARIC needs to update the information published on their website!

My brother sent his PG Diploma from LCMIT to uk naric for statement of comparability or to be equivalent to a british bachelors degree on 1st, November and the completion date given is 23rd November. So, lets see !

As far as I am aware someone I know has received the reply from NARIC about the comparability of BITE PG diploma. NARIC has refused to award points for diploma with the reason that PGD is not issued from UK professional body. I may be wrong but this is something I just heared.

i got letter from Naric yesterday
they refused to give me comparibility for PGD of LCMIT....
saying that doesnt fit to their standard and some European law...bla...bla...

so dont bother sending your PGD if the awarding bodies are colleges themselves.... i know LCMIT and Grafton College and heard of Bite as well..

so find alternative now....

It appears that there are many XYZ colleges with fancy sounding name! No wonder UK government is responding in crazy way.

One of my frd have done from bites but he has also done masters from home country which is giving him 30 pts in calaculator,so can he claim pts on home masters even he is on PGD,or he can claim only on PGD,he is in uk on PSW visa now want to switch.Seniors do advise.

if some ones psw is based on bogus colege as per ho than his / her t1 application chance are near to zero , this is happening
