Tenancy Agreement for applying Tier1 Dependent

sorry...im posting this again as i find my query seems to be lost

This is reg the supporting documents to be submited for Tier 1 dependent VISA..
i'm living in UK with my wife on Tier 2 and my wife on Tier 1.im applying for tier 1 dependent this November. Tenancy agreement copy is on my name, But i have included my wife name on Council tax and utility bills.
Is that okay to submit Council Tax and Utlity bills along with Tenancy agreemen(which is on my name) for Tier1 Dependent.....Pls help me on clarifying this..
