Accountant letter for contract work

Hello,

I am applying in 10 days with same day service. I need some opinion on the accountant letter I have for my contract work in US. The letter I have is like:

To Whom it May concern,

This letter is intended to confirm the compensation XXX received from YYY Company.
Table for earnings: Gross - Net

I can confirm that these payments were not taxed at source, so XXX must declare these to IRS for tax purposes.

Name of Accountant
Accountant for YYY Company

My concern is at the end of the letter, he put this "Accountant for YYY Company" under his name which is the name of the company that I did my contract work; He was also accountant for the firm. Would this create any problem at all? Please comment...
