Applied on 5th April , money not deducted yet

Hi All,

I have applied for Tie1 General on the last day i.e on 5th April 2011.

Royal Mail tracker shows as delivered on 6th April

Till today money is not deducted yet which is making me a bit anxious.

Payment mode is debit card

Kindly advise

Same with me, no reply from UKBA. Applied on April 4, payment mode was postal order.

Don' t worry, it is possible that your money will be debited end of this week or till Monday-Wednesday following week.

Are you sure that application reaching home office on 6 April is in time application? If yes, how?

Dont worry. I believe there has been a rush of applications before the increased fee date. I've applied on the 4th and the money got deducted only yesterday, There are many ppl who are on similar situation..

Don't worry, it might be deducted today or tomorrow. My application reached the home office on the 5th and the money just got deducted today 19th.

Its nothing to worry mate, it'll take sometime but money will go definitely, you know sometimes payment will be done but it will take couple of days to show-up on your online banking page. well you can do one thing which is, call your bank and ask them if there is any transaction made to home-office. Hope that helps....

Because the date of post office stamp will be counted as the date of application which is that case is 5th of April.

dont worry guys i applied on 4th as well and money got deducted today still not showing on my account but balance is reduced by 850 which indicates that money was taken so dont worry about it. I am only worried about my application.

Hi All,

I have also applied by post on 5th April, with next day delivery (i.e. 6th April) to UKBA office.
Not yet received the acknowledgement letter and money also not yet deducted. Was getting a bit concerned but kind of relieved to see these msgs.

FYI - I applied by post April 4 (delivered to UKBA April 5), and the check was cashed today (April 20) - I've also been anxious as I have a trip on May 6 and I was wondering if I will be getting my passport back in time - thoughts anyone?

Dont worry..one of my friend applied on 4th April..his fees were deducted yesterday and he got biometric notification today by e-mail..Best of luck!
