Can Tier 2(ICT)holder switch to Tier 1 Dependent while in UK

Hi all,

I am on Tier 1 General(valid till Aug 2012) in UK, my wife is on Tier 2(ICT) and is currently working in UK. Is it possible she can apply Tier 1 General dependent while being in UK(i understand for actual switch---one has to re-enter the country).

If we can apply while being in UK, then which form is to be used, it seems it has changed from 4th Jul, 2011.

Does she have to show that she is currently working in UK.

I would appreciate if somebody can answer.
