Tier 1 Dependant App For? VAF10 of 07/11 or 10/11 ?

Hi,

I am planning to apply for dependant visa for my husband from India. Can someone say which application form and guidance notes to use? There are two forms and guidance notes, one from July 2011 and one from Oct 2011 (simplified one).


Can someone who have applied recently help?

The second link you have provided is not an application form; it relates to the policy guidance. The first link is the correct form to use (for applications that can't be made on-line)
