Salary date and Bank Payment Dates differ

Post by sajan.chandran » Wed Mar 21, 2012 11:31 am

Hi,

I got my salary slips for the month of Aug, Sep, Oct 2011 from my employer, but the salary for the three months got credited on 1st week of November 2011, and after Nov 2011 I joined another company.
Will there be any problem with my application because of the date of payment of my salary.

Thanks in advance,
Sajan

That is really weird that you had your 3 months salary credited at the same time. In theory, it should not create any problem but the covering letter or even a letter from your previous company confirming this would help a great deal.

Agree with raxs.
This is quite unusual, and you will need to provide a letter from your previous employer explaining the reason for this late salary credit and 3 month salary paid in one go.
Information and/or advice provided by me is of general nature and is not intended to substitute for informed professional legal or other professional advice.

I guess its pretty obvious that your individual salary slip figures for 3 months & the amount deposited in bank in 1 go dont match up, although they should add up.

you will surely need a letter from your employer or risk 3 months salary not being considered by UKBA
