Hi! I've applied for TRV this weekend. today I've got an email from MyCic
"Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your MyCIC account and check your application status and messages for more information."
When I looged in, there was nothing new, Application status OPEN, no new docs needed, and no new messages.
Did anyone have something like that? what does it mean? Any problem in their system?

I experienced the same thing. I submitted my TRV application on Jan 20th. Since then I, in fact, have received the same message as you did, "Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your MyCIC account and check your application status and messages for more information," three times (Jan 21st, 22nd, and 28th). All the while it still shows "Application Status: Open" and no other documentation is needed.
I am wondering if it is just someone going through my documents, and making actions that are noted by their system but do not result in a requirement for me to follow-up.
