How to pay for the processing fee from US

HI,

I sent the payment as internation USPS Money Order to CANADA for the Fed skill-Wrkr.... but it was rejected sayin it need to be in CAD ( Canadian Dollar I guess) , not in USD. Checked with CitiBank, but they cant issue anything in CAD.......

Any idea where to get a CAD Money Order in NY/USA?

Also, please note that Buffalo-NY is no longet accepting Fed skill-Wrkr apps for Canada as of Feb 1st.
