File Transfer from Islamabad to London

Hi! All,
I applied through CHC Islanabad (Post Feb 2009) and would like to transfer my file to London office as I am currently living in UAE. CHC Islamabad have sent my application to CIO sydeny, Nova Scotaia in March 2009.
My intention to transfer file to London is that so I can use my house as proof of funds, I dont know if CHC Islamabad accept house/property as proof of funds.

Is it possible when i receive answer from CIO Sydney and later sent my application to London instead of CHC Islambad?

Also, can gold be used as proof of funds?
