My recent application for PRTD (Permanent resident travel document) at AbuDhabi was turned down. The reason given was that I have not lived in Canada the requisite number of days i.e. 2 years of last 5 years. I totally accept that, as I only lived for 1.5 years out of last 5 year. But I had applied on HC (Humanitarian etc) ground based on several issues one of them is that my children (both university going) live in canada. Anyway, I shall be appealing this decision.
My query is: my passport now shows a small square stamp (rubber stamp) printed on it is ABDBI (meaning Can. Emb. Abu Dhabi) and date (hand written)and PRTD refusal (hand written). I already have a UK multiple visit visa (obtained in 2006) and I am planning to visit my mother in UK this month, will the immigration at heathrow ask me question on this stamp?
