Which Solicitor in London

Hello Folks,

I am in UK under HSMP since 2005 and got FLR(IED) valid till 2010. I got a good job in my profession and doing fine in London.

I want to apply to Canada under the skilled worker category. As I am busy with work I have no time to study the chemistry of Canadian immigration system.

Can someone mention good solicitors in London who can help me in this regard.

I have friends in Toronto in canada who would help me settle down as my friends did in London.

Please can anyone experienced guide me??

Your friends in TO can recommend a good lawyer in Canada for you and file through them or go online and research this. It should not take you that long. There are a lot of immigration lawyers in town and I think you can find ones too that CIC recommends on their website. If you are not ready don't waste your time else find time and research. You can file this by yourself without any representatives. I can file for you and collect your money too!!!! :lol: 8) :shock: :?

You mean to say that anyone can prepare the documents.

Please tell me where I have to submit my documents. Is it going to be the Canadian embassy in London.

I am living in London for the past one year and been in regular employment.

Please help me.

As long as you can read and write, you should be able to file the application by yourself without any professional help. You are on HSMP so you might be educated and skilled and filling the immigration forms should not be a challenge. You need someone to recheck them over so that you avoid any mistakes. A second opinion won't hurt.
As long as you have legally resided in London for a year, you can apply through CIC London else it should be your home country or any country of which you are a legal resident.

Frankly speaking HSMP is simple and straight forward. On the otherhand the immigration procedure for canada is quite complex and there are many detailed instructions and forms which confuses me.
