Adaptability factor

Hi,
There are 5 points for - " Minimum two years full-time authorized post-secondary study in Canada" under adaptability factor.
I want to know that :

* Does this two years study need to be continuous ?

* Can a person who have completed two separate post graduate diplomas ( one year each ) may receive points under this factor ?

* If already applied for P.R - federal skilled worker, Can we claim these points during the time of application process ?

Please help me out ......
