Expedite processing time

Hi,

This is in addition to my previous post reg the timeline/expedite immigration process.
I have applied in New Delhi on May 2002. Except file number, I have not heard anything from them.

I work as a Tech Architect (in software).

If Im able to get a job in Canada, will I be able to expedite my process?
