help wanted

Hi,
I've some doubts regarding language tests required :

I have given both ielts and tef for canada p.r application process.
As i'm going to mention english as my first language as received a score of 7-7-7-6 , that is 14 points ,But in tef i get only one immigration point. Is this score in tef eligible for application. Will there be any problem later on. Please help me on this
