Hi Folks,

My I-94 is expiring on Jun 10, 2008 (which completes my 6 year stay in the US). My labor was applied within the 6 year period and has not been approved yet.
I've applied for a work visa to the UK and am awaiting a decision but I think it'll come through by about Jun 20 - Jun 25, 2008.
If I overstay my I-94 by two weeks, will I have a problem coming back to the US once my labor and I-140 have been approved?
