CEAC login showing REFUSED after US B1/B2 visa interview

Hi
I have been approved US B1/B2 visa . However upon checking my visa application status on CEAC login which stating REFUSED
I am bit disappointed and confused at the same time
Has this happened to anyone and can you share feedback please 🙏?

If you've been approved for your US visa and your sticker visa has been affixed on your passport, not quite sure what you're upset about.

No system is perfect. Sometimes you have glitches!
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

Have you gotten the sticker visa for B1/B2 visa already? I assume it's normally issued for 2 years multiple entry.
