Greetings Everyone,
My Family and I are due to visit the US in several months time and Im looking for feedback/advice as to whether my applying for ESTA/travel visas for my wife and daughter to the US are the correct "move" or not.
As stated in the heading of this post I am a US citizen living in the UK for the past six years. My partner is a New Zealand/British Citizen, and our Daughter has the same citizenship status as her Mother.
I/we are in the process of assembling docements neccessary to apply for our duaghters CRBA /passport/social security card, unfortunatley my partner needs to fly to NZ for family matters in the next week or so. Given the processing times and my partners temporary passport unavailabilty, I think its unlikely that we will be able to submit CRBA until after we return from the states.
My Question is: Should I just apply for an esta for both my daughter and partner? I pressume that because I havent filed my daughters CRBA, they wont recogize her as a potential US citizen?
Any and all input would be much appriciated. Thanks in advance.
