NRI Quota Affidavit For Education In India

HI Experts,
Can somebody please tell me the steps involved to get a Affidavit signed by the Indian consulate (London) to sponsor my child's education in India on the NRI quota?

I would greatly appreceate if you could let me know the answers to the following questions:

* The steps involved.
* Any documents required, if so what are they?
* Any fees required, if so how much.
