Hi
I am planning to get a power of Attorney for my parent in India so that they can collect some documents on my behalf.
Basically this requires attestation at the Indian High Comission and 2 witnesses with their
- Witness Passport copy,
- Utility Bill copy
if witnesses cant be present then having the above notarised documents for the witnesses
I was wondering if I can find any 2 people - requiring Power of Attorney - then we can meet at the Embassy and be witnesses for each other. this way it will save trouble of dragging along 2 witnesses or getting the documents notarised?
Thanks,
Ashish
